1. Fee schedule

Stage Fee Policy
Submission IDR 0 No submission fee is required.
Article Processing Charge (APC) IDR 500,000 Payable only after formal acceptance and prior to final online publication.

2. What the APC supports

  • OJS platform administration and secure online hosting;
  • editorial workflow management, copyediting, layout design, metadata validation, DOI registration, and digital archiving;
  • website maintenance, policy compliance checking, and indexing/discoverability services.

The APC does not guarantee favorable peer review, acceptance, citation guarantees, or an expedited decision process.

3. Waivers and reductions

Authors without funding support may request a full or partial waiver upon submission. Waiver requests should be sent via official contact channels, clearly explaining the financial constraints.

  • Waiver applications are processed independently of the peer-review and editorial review processes;
  • A waiver request will not adversely affect the evaluation of the manuscript;
  • Waiver eligibility considers lack of institutional funding, student status, or independent researcher constraints;
  • Authors are not required to disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary.

4. Payment and invoices

Official payment instructions and invoices are issued only after a manuscript is formally accepted. Payment must be made strictly through the official channels designated by the publisher (LAKASPIA). The journal is not responsible for payments transferred to personal accounts or unverified third parties.

5. Refunds

Since payment occurs post-acceptance, the APC is non-refundable once production and publishing procedures have commenced. Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or verifiable administrative processing errors.

6. Editorial independence and sponsored content

Editors and peer reviewers remain completely unaware of an author's payment status during scientific evaluation. All articles, regardless of sponsorship or waivers, adhere strictly to the same peer-review, ethical, and quality standards.
